Greetings! My name is Jocelyn H. Wagner, and my quest as an Oregon artist is to share my wonder and joy with the world and the inspiration I derive from  it!

I was born in Maryland to a wonderful watercolor artist/mother, Bette S. Holliday (see sample work ), and father also loved art and humor and who encouraged us in our pursuits. 

My art teachers are many.  Beginning, of course with my parents who would often draw in the livingroom.  Many teachers along the way but in recent years I thank Paul Toews, Robin Humelbaugh, Glee Ellen Hansen and all the wonderful artists in her class at Linn Bention Community College.  I hope to always take classes to continue to grow and be inspired.

 I delight in birds, nature, people and whimsy and hope it shows!
